Lynx's Participation in the U17 National Fencing Championship
Last weekend, April 25–26, the U17 National Fencing Championship was held in Paiania, with our club participating vigorously and delivering impressive performances in both the individual and team events.
The club’s athletes competed with passion and competitiveness, achieving the following results:
- Haris Mouroutsos: 16th place
- Leonardo Vergados: 35th place
- Orpheas Kastrinos: 43rd place
- Marios Papadopoulos: 44th place
- Zacharias Maragoudakis: 61st place
- George Katsoulas: 69th place
- Orionas Garinis: 76th place
In the team competition, the club’s team finished in 9th place, demonstrating fighting spirit and cohesion against particularly competitive teams.
Participation in the U17 National Championship was yet another important experience for the club’s athletes, furthering their ongoing athletic development.
